Step 3 – Finalization & Delivery
After final revisions are approved, you’ll receive your completed resume in both PDF and editable Word formats. All content is 100% yours to update and use in the future.

Once your resume is finalized (typically within 3–4 weeks, depending on onboarding timelines), we transition seamlessly into your job search strategy.
Yes. Our resumes are designed to work with the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) as well as for the recruiter and hiring manager's human eye. Having a resume that is flexible enough to do both is important.
You don't want more than one resume. What you want is a strong foundational resume that doesn't need to be rewritten every time you submit it. Having more than one resume means you're not focused. We write you a strong foundational resume that shines the spotlight on your accomplishments, leadership style, and the solutions you bring to the table. When you have a strong foundational resume, you shouldn't need various iterations of your resume. You may need to tweak a well-written resume here and there, but that should be the extent of editing it needs. Additionally, it is important that every resume tweak you do is in alignment with your LinkedIn profile, which is a static document. Multiple versions mean some won't align with your resume, and we don't want that for you.
3) Do you have a cap on the amount of revisions you do?
We edit with you until you are happy. We don't limit editing by rounds or days. The nature of custom work is that it takes what it takes—so we edit with you until you're happy. Our writers are experts in their craft, and most clients typically only need 2-3 revisions before they are completely satisfied. That being said, we do not have a cap on the number of edit rounds on the information you shared during the client interview.
4) How long will it take?
The entire process from time of payment until final draft approval for most clients is 3-4 weeks. If you return the prep work and reply to edit rounds in a timely manner, this time frame can be met. We are flexible if you need more time for your parts of the process.
