2: Create Your Target Connection List
Once you've approved your target company list we'll create a list of up to 1200 connections* and 400 executive search consultants* that match your search role/function criteria. For example CMO, CIO, Vice President of Sales, etc.
*This is an approximate target number, and will solely depend on how broad or narrow your target role or network needs to be. For example, if your target role is in a very focused niche, these numbers will be lower.
3: Analyze List and Create Targeted Messaging
After we've created your target connection list, we will run a detailed analysis to determine where your LinkedIn profile overlaps with people on your target list. These areas of overlap may include, previously worked for the same company, went to the same school, member of the same volunteer organization, etc.

During onboarding, we will collect any the names of any companies you might want to exclude from your search. You'll also be asked to approve your target company list before we start sending connection requests. This ensures we only reach out to people from organizations that you want to target or that make sense for your network.
2) How do you build the list of target connections?
We use a combination of data services and the search criteria we collect from you during our onboarding process.
3) How long will this service last?
You are signing up for a 90-day outreach service. We have found it takes 90 days of consistent networking to get the best results. After your initial 90 day kick off, you can sign up for this service monthly.
4) How many people will you connect with per month?
We can process up to 400 connection requests per month (this is a limitation of LinkedIn). The size of your target connection list month to month may vary depending on how niche or focused your goal role or target network is. For example, if you are looking for a role in a extremely specific niche, then there will naturally be fewer folks to connect to.
5) How old are your typical clients?
Our oldest client is 84 and we are usually working with clients between the ages of 40-70. We focus on executive and board level candidates seeking roles in corporations.
6) Do I still have to network by myself?

For all services purchased, you acknowledge that this is a collaborative process between us and agree to perform suggested activities to improve your job search results. The client acknowledges and understands that, while Chameleon Resumes is very committed to your success, we cannot guarantee it—no career professional should or can.
Since our services are specifically designed to be flexible for clients regardless of where they are in the job search process, landing a job or starting a new business with unused services still outstanding does not qualify for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee. When this happens, we take the time to learn about your new goals, and adjust the services in a way that makes the most sense, to continue propelling you forward.
Refund requests for webinar training packages are to be made after job search activity instruction has been executed and writing/coaching services have been completed within 60 days of purchase, as stated in the prior bullet that your agreement to perform suggested activities is an essential part of the process for success. All refunds will be processed minus a $197 fee, to cover all client fulfillment and training material sent at onset of purchase. If you ask for a refund according to the terms and conditions, you will agree in writing that you will not use any of the resume, LinkedIn profile, and cover letter content created for you to process the refund. As the client, you are responsible for finalizing your career documents' completeness and accuracy before submitting to job applications and emailing colleagues your documents. Client agrees to be available during business hours for all calls pertaining to writing the documents and the majority of calls focused on coaching. The Chameleon Team will always do our best to be flexible, but we work mostly business hours as we feel it brings the best results for our clients and quality of life for our team.
Resume Edits included in the initial resume creation process will focus on information listed in prep work and outlined during informational interview only. Adding additional employment, education or achievement information to the document after first drafts have been presented is considered a Resume Update service, and can be incorporated with an additional Resume Update fee.
For any scheduled appointments interview calls, coaching calls or edit calls, please give 24 hours notice if you are unable to make a call or the scheduled call can count towards your allotted calls.
